Before I dive into writing your ceremony, I want to get to know
you—your story, your personalities, your humor, and the details that make your relationship truly yours. This questionnaire is how we get there.
You'll want to start this together! You’ll see prompts for each of you individually, some for you together, and a few that you’ll pass the device back and forth for. Take your time, be honest, be descriptive, and have some fun with it. Not every question is required, but the more you share, the more I can craft a ceremony that feels personal, intentional, and unmistakably “you.”
There are sections about your love story, your relationship, and the ceremony itself—everything from logistics to legal details. Think of this as our backstage pass; the more detail you give me, the more unforgettable your ceremony becomes. You can also receive a confirmation email once the questionnaire is complete, if you so choose.
Settle in, enjoy the process, and don’t overthink it. Your story is already incredible—this just helps me tell it the way it deserves to be told.
A few suggestions to get the best results:
-Answer separately when prompted. Your individual perspectives are pure gold for storytelling and humor... bonus points if you don't tell your partner your answer!
-Get specific. Real moments and real feelings translate beautifully on paper and in performance.
-Tell me the why behind things. Why a moment mattered… why someone stood out… why something is important.
-Be yourselves. Silly, sentimental, dramatic, sarcastic—whatever you are, that’s what I want on the page.
-Don’t rush, this will take about 1 hour but.. You can always come back and finish later. The form will remember you on whatever browser or device you initially use.
